Giving opportunities are designed to address the diversity of need among Caribbean students, develop essential infrastructure to increase capacity in maritime training institutions, and develop of maritime communities.
ACMF scholarships are offered to students with strong academic performance along with demonstrated leadership, service and community involvement.
Fern Khan Grant
The ACMF Fern Khan Grant is open to returning students registered at any of our academic partners for Pre-University and Undergraduate degree programs who meet the specified criteria. The grant celebrates Jamaican-American Fern Khan’s 60 years in academia, retiring as Dean of the Division of Continuing Education at Bank Street College of Education, in New York.
Grants and bursaries are offered to students with good academic standing and compelling financial need.
How to apply
Scholarships are open only to students applying to the Caribbean Maritime University (Jamaica), the LJM Maritime Academy (Bahamas) or University of Trinidad & Tobago.
The completed application must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, and also to the Admissions Officer in the institution to which you are you are applying.
Maritime Link-up Webinar ACMF CANTA Full-tuition Scholarship
Deadline: Friday 25th September 2020 by 4:30 pm Eastern Caribbean Time
Note: Applicants must have attended at least three ACMF CANTA Maritime Webinars between August 19th and October 21st.
